Use your blender to make a fruit smoothie.

 

Blending a juice smoothie is easy, healthy and can replace any meal or as a refreshing drink in place of colas. 

I have a two-cup blender that I like, but any size will work. 


I add a small container of yogurt. I like strawberry or blueberry. 


My go to mixture is a whole sliced banana, between a quarter and half of a tomato, and apple and a couple of tablespoons of frozen mixed berries. To be honest, I've tried many different fruits and all of them are good.

I fill my blender cup the rest of the way with either milk or liquid yogurt.

I blend it to the thickness I like and I'm ready to enjoy it.

I've got a routine down now and it takes me less than 2-minutes to make a smoothie and after I'm done, clean-up is quick and easy.

 Try it and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Just experiment with different combinations of fruits and yogurt until you find what you like. What is great about this drink is you can't go wrong. If you use grapes, make sure they are the seedless ones. Also, remove seeds from watermelon type fruits. Trust me, seeds are hell on your blender blades.
