How to watch American TV on your computer

I use a program, USTVGO.Com, to watch American TV on my computer. 

I live in South Korea and was looking for a way to sports shows and one of my friends said this is what he uses. 

Pros.

With this service, I get over 80 channels that includes all the channels I would want if I was living in the states.

I get clear pictures and sound.

Cons.

You have to use a VPN that shows you're in the United States to connect to the service.
